Massage Therapy in Westport, Co. Mayo
Full Body Massage
Listening to your body’s needs on the day, I carefully craft each full body massage to support both relaxation and deeper, therapeutic work. Sessions are designed to relieve areas of tension, stress, and pain, support ease of movement, and promote overall wellbeing. Pressure, pace, and technique are adjusted as your body responds to the work. Clients are welcome to request gentler touch or more deep-tissue focus as needed, and time can be used flexibly to give greater attention to areas affected by discomfort or injury.

About Daniel
I came to massage through injuring my knee and back and discovering that intensive manual treatment really helped relieve my chronic muscle pain and improve my body mechanics. The attentiveness and skill that my massage therapist demonstrated not only opened my eyes to the power of this healing modality but planted a seed in me that would later blossom into my own calling to train and work in the profession.
Initially focused on deep tissue and sports massage, with time I came to understand the equal value of gentle, intuitive touch for holistic relaxation of the body, mind, and soul. In fact, what I realized is that—to perceptive and trained hands— the soft tissues of the body reveal the pressure and techniques which they uniquely require in that moment for optimal release of tension.
My approach with clients is deeply motivated by care, service, and respect for the human body. Combining strength with sensitivity, I use the best of my knowledge and training to help clients let go of stress, discomfort, and pain, and develop an embodied sense of wellbeing.
